Join us for the 12th Laketoberfest Music & Brew Festival on October 12th at Bailey Road Park in Cornelius. This free event features local brews, music, and great company from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. It’s absolutely the best activity for a family outing or a fun night out with friends beneath the autumn sky.
Business Networking and Growth
Our business professionals and entrepreneurs are scheduled for the Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce Business Expo on October 8th. It’s the perfect opportunity to connect, learn about new services, and communicate with local businesses. The expo runs from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. It offers a platform for growth and collaboration among the community’s entrepreneurs.
A Tee Time Tradition
For golf enthusiasts, the Annual Fall Classic Golf Tournament will take place on October 28th. This event will happen at the prestigious Northstone Country Club in Huntersville. It combines networking and sport, with a tee-off time at 8:00 AM. It’s a full day of golf, culminating in an awards ceremony and raffle drawing by 4:00 PM.
Monthly Concert Series
Following the tradition, Town Green in Davidson will host the Concerts on the Green. Join the community for live music on the second and fourth Saturdays of October from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Be sure to bring your blanket, some snacks, and just focus on enjoying the performances from our local artists.
Enjoy the Great Outdoors
October is also an amazing time to take in the outdoors. The cooler weather makes October an ideal month for the Pumpkin Picking event at Carrigan Farms. It’s a wonderful way to enjoy a day with your family with the cool air and the festive autumn atmosphere.
